Our members represent all academic colleges on campus with various career aspirations, and are engaged leaders in almost every facet of campus life!

Our 2025 Recruitment Team
The Panhellenic Association is a self-governing body - members selected for this board represent our 18 NPC organization, with the ideal of promoting better community for all those involved in the recruitment process.
Raven Collins - Assistant to the Vice President of Recruitment
Raven and Toni work together on the administrative tasks for recruitment. From rooms getting booked to bid day planning, these two take care of all administrative recruitment needs!
Toni Reynolds - Vice President of Recruitment
Allie Allocco - Assistant Director of Recruitment Counselors
This team is all about supporting our Recruitment Counselors — the friendly faces who guide potential new members through the sorority recruitment process. Ella and Allie work to organize interviews and leading training to running daily meetings during Recruitment, this position helps make sure every Recruitment Counselor is prepared, confident, and supported. They’re also a go-to resource, mentor, and behind-the-scenes leader who keeps everything running smoothly!
Ella Walker - Director of Recruitment Counselor
This duo is the tech wizard behind Formal Recruitment! They manage the recruitment software, train chapter leaders on how to use it, and make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes — from submitting invite lists to tracking PNM attendance. Whether it’s day or night, they’re the go-to for any technical questions and keep all the digital details organized and up to date.
Ella Lee - Director of Recruitment Technology
Grace Maschmann - Assistant Director of Recruitment Technology
This team brings the look and feel of recruitment to life! From designing the PNM booklet to creating eye-catching flyers, banners, and giveaways, they handle all things creative and promotional. Working closely with the Public Relations Director and campus staff, they help make sure every recruitment event looks polished, professional, and full of Illini spirit.
Kelly Ma - Vice President of Public Relations

Charli Potts - Vice President of Operations
Charli helps to keeps recruitment running on budget and on track! She manages all finances related to Formal Recruitment — from building the budget to handling registration fees and organizing donations.
