Galentine's 2019

Delta Zeta -

February is all about love and this month, Delta Zeta spread it to their sisters!

On February 2nd, the girls kicked off the month with a Galentine’s Day party at the chapter house. Sisterhood chairs Vanessa Ortiz, Lauren Pabyanskus, and Bailey Hammer planned a day filled with Delta Zeta’s favorite things: pizza, rom-coms, and each other! The party provided members the opportunity to get closer with one another, as they played Minute to Win It games and socialized over To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before. With midterm season fast approaching as well, the party was a great way to relieve stress.

Speaking of midterm season, DZ showed their Panhellenic sisters some love at a study party with Sigma Delta Tau. Attendees had a unique opportunity to meet new people and make friends.

Though if there’s one thing DZ girls love more than their sisters, it’s giving back to the community! The girls made valentines to give to children in local hospitals. Writing messages of encouragement, members crafted festive cards to lift spirits during the holiday. The sisters are all looking forward to next month, when they will continue spreading the goodwill with this semester’s philanthropy event, Hoops for Hearing!
